What time do you deliver and pick-up the bounce house?

You decide on the specific rental time and we will be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before that for set up. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know. The same driver will come and break down the bounce house unit and the break down time is 25 minutes. Please do not release the unit to anyone else unless you receive specific instructions from the original driver.

How many hours is the rental for?

Unlike other companies, the rental period is up to 8 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special circumstances you might have, as we are very flexible. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or a two day rental; please call to discuss pricing.

What type of location is required for bounce houses & slides?

A flat grassy area is preferred to set up the inflatable equipment. Clear access to the setup location is required. We will use a dolly during delivery. Bounce houses and Water Slides are anchored in the ground. Please be sure area is clean of all debris. Stakes go into the ground approximately 12 inches. Be sure setup is not on top of electrical lines or pipes. Suncoast Bounce will not be liable for any underground repair. Sprinkler system should be in the off position. For hardwood and cement surfaces, sand bags will be utilized to anchor the inflatable.

How much space is needed for setup?

The inflatables vary in size. It is recommended that you have 5 feet of additional space. That means allowing 20' x 20' for our standard 15' x 15' bounce house. Some of the units need more space and will be discussed at the time of reservation.

Do I have to sign a contract or waiver?

A waiver must be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment is in use.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

Your word is your deposit with us! We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a reservation. Payment can be made in the form of cash or check at the time of setup.

What is your policy on rain and weather?

For safety reasons, Suncoast Bounce reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you on the morning of your party to confirm your reservation and which time you have the option of cancelling your order or re-schedule your order. Shall you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.

Do I have to clean the equipment prior to pick up?

Suncoast Bounce will be responsible for all routine cleaning of inflatable and concession machines. If any major cleaning is required due to misuse (example: gum) an extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

What are the requirements for power and/or water for the bounce house?

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110V household outlet. We will supply the 100' cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Please let us know before delivery if a generator will be needed. A generator can be rented for an additional charge. Water supply must be available for use with water slides and your water hose must reach the inflatable.

Will the unit damage my lawn?

We cannot guarantee that there will be no affect on your lawn. Due to the weight of the Bounce and depending on the length of time the bounce is in use, flattened grass is common but not permanent. We do ask that you please turn the sprinklers off while the Bounce house is on your lawn.

What if I want to have my party in a park?

We are approved vendors of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Parks. Please contact the parks district for further details as most require a generator to power our units!

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

Please make your reservation as soon as possible. We suggest 2-4 weeks before you schedule your party event. Bounce house units are very popular and sometimes we are booked weeks and even months in advance. Price quotes are not reservation guarantees. We are always happy to try to accomodate last minute bookings. However, the earlier you make your reservation, the better selection choices you will have.

Is Suncoast Bounce Insured?

We would never rent equipment or do business with a company that did not have insurance and we do not expect our clients to either! We take pride in the fact that all of our installation professionals are trained and properly equipped to complete a safe equipment installation. We also realize that sometimes things happen and we want our clients to be protected. We carry a two million dollar ($2,000,000.00) aggregate insurance policy on our equipment. This enables us to set up our equipment in city and county parks, at homeowners association events as well as businesses and churches.Need to be listed as an additional insured?... No problem, we are more than happy to accomodate (fees for this depend on size of order and type of organization).

How many kids can be in the inflatable at one time?

Approximately 8-10 kids under 9 yrs of age, 5-7 kids 9-12 yrs of age, 3-5 kids 13-15 yrs of age & 2-3 older than 16 years of age. Our inflatables have an 800-1000lb capacity. Limits are to be followed for your safety.
